Summertime

Summertime
Ahhhh, school is out and time to relax the brain ..... oh but wait, don't let all those recently learned skills go by the way side! Turn your "what do I do with the kids ALL Summer??" into a fun and productive learning time!
Imagine a  school year that starts off with a bang (instead of another struggling year) because your child has already reviewed last year's curriculum and even been exposed to some of this year's state standards!  Keep your AR reading level going with me,  where I can deepen your reading comprehension and increase your reading fluency skills with a similar program to AR  and we can even win prizes when we enroll in the local library reading program. Expand on your math skills and increase your math fact fluency (the building block of all other math). Write with a purpose! Work alongside with me and enter into a summer writing contest! Brush up on social studies and science skills! Get organized and ready for the next grade.
I am here to help!
Please look me up in Care.com or use the contact form to contact me ASAP! Hurry space is limited!
Look forward to working with you and your family!

Providing a New Service - Drop and Go

Homework Assistance, Test Prep, One Concept Review, Large Project Oversight

Does your child just need home work assistance or a little boost before a test or help with a larger project by breaking it into manageable chunks?  Does your child need tutor here or there but not on a regular basis?
Well you are in luck! I am trying out a new service called "drop and go tutoring" where you can spontaneously text or call and drop off your child for a much more informal impromptu tutoring on a as you/your child needs basis rather than a regularly scheduled weekly service I normally provide.  This service is more of a homework/test/project guidance rather than tutoring service where I teach, review, and build on their foundation of knowledge on a particular subject and document their progress/growth. Please feel free to contact me and I would love to help you and your family!
